We just wanted to say thank you for getting our house sold. We had listed it in the MLS with a Realtor for almost 12 months prior to you selling it, and had no offers.
As you discussed with us before we signed the lease option agreement, it took about 60 days to find a buyer fo our house. We are real happy that we are able to move to Florida knowing that you will be managing our house in North Carolina for us.
We feel very confident that the family you approved as our Tenan/Buyers will be buying our house soon. In the meantime, we are able to pay our mortgage and live in Florida where we've wanted to live for some time.
